I use this when I'm working on a bigger project over a longer stretch of time. It interviews me one question at a time to clarify my thinking, and keeps a shared word list and a record of my big decisions in text files, so the project stays consistent as it grows.

What it does
It’s the same relentless interview as grill-me, one sharp question at a time with a recommended answer, but with a second job built in. As you answer, it writes two things down for you, in plain text files inside your project:
- A shared word list. When a fuzzy word finally gets pinned to one clear meaning, it records it, so the whole project uses that word the same way from then on. No more talking past each other.
- A decisions log. When you make a call that would be expensive to undo later, it notes what you decided and why. Months from now you’re not left guessing about the choices you made.
Use it on a bigger project you come back to over weeks or months. Code, a course, a plan of any kind: anywhere that writing down your language and your reasoning keeps the whole thing consistent as it grows.
How to install it
This one needs a tool that can open and edit the real files on your computer, so it runs in Claude Code or Cowork. Download it below, point it at your project folder, and include the files it should know about so it has the full context. A regular chat assistant can run the interview, but it can’t reach your files, so it can’t do the writing-it-down part, which is the whole point. The folder on GitHub has step-by-step install notes.
